2 weeks of the first months rent, in-conjunction with the agreed full management  fee (charge is applicable per tenancy)

10% inc vat of the final invoice price (invoiced on top of the cost of works) 



The vetted contractor may pay a referral fee to AIG Lettings & Management Ltd, the fee paid will be included within the contractors invoice and could be up to 15% of the total invoice amount depending on the service provided, the details of which are available on request, this does not the affect the final amount you pay                                                     


Fees are subject to change with negotiation between the Landlord and AIG Estates after an initial inspection visit of the prospective rental property. Fees are also subject to change as detailed in the full management agreement between the Landlord and AIG Lettings and Management LTD.

Other fees may apply but these will be agreed in advance of any management agreement between the Landlord and AIG Estates and will be detailed clearly in the management agreement.

*The service included within Full Management is bespoke and more details are provided of the full service offering once an initial inspection of the prospective rental property is carried out.
